The processing time for handling of your verification request depends mostly on the number of new Bitstamp customers currently in the waiting line.
However, we’ve noticed that the verification requests which have been submitted exactly in accordance with Bitstamp’s requirements, most likely do enjoy a faster processing time. Please, check the exact requirements for personal information and document attachments in our guide Verifying your Bitstamp account (Identity Verification > points 1 & 2) but particularly, make sure:
- that the data filled in the form exactly match the data in your documents, and
- that the submitted documents are scanned in color and in high resolution (perhaps even 600 dpi).
